Use of this website

This website is provided for informational purposes to help families learn about and request our in-home care services. Content on this site, including service descriptions, pricing indications, and staff information, is subject to change without notice and does not constitute a binding offer.

Not a substitute for medical advice

Premier Comfort Care provides non-medical companion, personal, lifestyle, memory, hospice-support, and à la carte care. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and it does not substitute for the guidance of a licensed physician, hospice provider, or other medical professional.

Care agreements

Specific services, scheduling, and rates are governed by the individual service agreement signed between Premier Comfort Care and the client or their representative, not by this website. Where this website and a signed service agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.

Intellectual property

The text, graphics, logos, and images on this site are the property of Premier Comfort Care or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

Premier Comfort Care is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.
