Care Professional / Caregiver

Key Responsibilities

Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide companionship and conversation
Prepare light meals
Light housekeeping and laundry
Medication reminders
Assist with mobility and transfers
Accompany clients to errands or appointments
Report changes in client condition

Daily responsibilities focus on providing supportive, respectful care that helps clients maintain comfort and independence.

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality care. Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Active HCA (Home Care Aide) registration
Reliable and consistent transportation
Availability to accept shifts as needed
Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes for assignments
Ability to work a minimum of 4-hour shifts
TB test completed within the last two years
Willingness to complete a 30-minute orientation and required Care Academy courses online

Caregiving experience preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
Strong communication skills
Ability to assist with mobility
Valid driver’s license (if transporting clients)
Ability to pass a background check
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
